Our cancellation policy is used to provide the best booking experience for you and all of our guests!
To cancel or rebook a trip, contact us within 5 days before your trip for a full refund.
Dangerous Weather Conditions will be determined the day of your trip and will result in a full refund or rebooking. Your safety and comfort is our priority.
Notes From The Captains:
The location of our meeting place may change in the fall and winter, due to low tides
making the boat launch too shallow of water. If a change is necessary, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you have a preferred meeting place or waterfront dock for pickup, let us know so we can accommodate for you!
Fishing charters have a flexible TBD departure time, as the incoming high tide brings the best catching results.
If you have a preferred time, regardless of our suggestion, let us know so we can make those accommodations.
"Fishing not Catching", Mother Nature is in charge, so we cannot guarantee fish for dinner
but we do 100% guarantee a great time!
